Refund Policy
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Note:
- All items are handmade, therefore, there will be slight imperfections/inconsistencies (within normal range for handmade items).
- For example, small bubbles in the resin, slight variances of colour, shape, texture and weight compared to the images on the website or any small/minor marks that do not affect the overall aesthetic and functionality of the item.
Refund Criteria
We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund if :
Goods received found to be faulty/ damaged
Received wrong items (color, size, order)
To be eligible for exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Guide
Step 1: Take a close-up photo(s) of the faulty and/or wrong item(s).
Step 2: E-mail the image(s) to hello.auferst@gmail.com or contact us through our Instagram page @auferst_ with the detail description of the issue(s).
Step 3: We will evaluate your refund request. If approved, we will provide you with the return details.
Step 4: Please ensure the item returned to us is in the same condition exactly as you received.
Step 5: If you opt for a refund, it will be issued to you via the original payment method or to your bank account within 7-14 business days upon receiving the returned items. Please note that refund will not include shipping costs.
*Note:
If you opt for an exchange, it will take 3-5 business days from the day we received the returned items for us to process and ship out the exchanged item.
The exchange item will depend on the availability of our stock.
Shipping cost for exchange item will be bear by the customer.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Discounted items / sale items and custom orders are not eligible for damage exchange and refund.
Small imperfections / inconsistencies on the item.
Items that have been damaged while in your possession / with regular use.
Replacement of missing one earring. Please reach out if you would like to purchase one (1) single earring to match the missing earring.
For hygienic reasons, earrings are not returnable for exchange or refund.
